Meet Dr. Novak

Dr. Tom Novak graduated with honors from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1991.  He served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for five years, where he earned “Top Doc” honors. He also earned a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998.  Dr. Novak is a voracious reader and conscientious student of his profession, having achieved certifications in numerous areas (LANAP laser, Six Month Smiles (tooth-colored braces), Snap on Smile, implants, and many others).

Dr. Novak is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas Dental Association, the Fort Worth District Dental Society, and The American Academy of Implant Dentistry.  He has also chaired the Weatherford Parks and Recreation Board, is past President of the Weatherford Education Foundation, was Secretary of the Weatherford College Board of Trustees, and is a member of the Noon Lions Club.

Dr. Novak and Karen, his wife of more than twenty-three years, moved to Weatherford in 1996. He enjoys all sports, but with four kids and two dogs, most of his free time is spent with his family. "My life revolves around my wife and kids," he says.

Dr. Novak is very energetic, enthusiastic, and animated. Those personality traits keep the office hopping. When you visit, you'll notice the laughter, and you'll hear his fingers snapping down the hall. Most importantly, you'll feel that you belong here. Everyone at the office is very experienced, but they're also a lot of fun. Our office is a lively place.

Meet Dr. Doolittle

Dr. Rebecca Doolittle graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2012. She practiced in the frigid North for a year before fleeing the cold with her family. She moved to Weatherford in 2014 and loves it. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Doolittle practiced in Minnesota and Wisconsin as a dental hygienist. When she began dental school she also joined the Army National Guard. Educating and caring for soldiers and their oral health is a responsibility she enjoys.

Dr. Doolittle is a member of the American Dental Association and Fort Worth District Dental Society. She also volunteers with children and has served with the Boy Scouts of America. Caring for people with compassion is Dr. Doolittle’s primary goal. She loves learning and incorporating new aspects of dentistry and getting to know her patients and their families. Her dental interests include preventive dentistry, minimally invasive treatment, pediatric care, sleep dentistry, and training in advanced dental esthetics.

Dr. Doolittle and her husband met in Minnesota though they have each lived all over the country. Their oldest son is Minnesota born, Texas raised and their youngest son is Texan through and through. They have a dog which acts like a third child and a three-legged cat named Trinity. Though spare time is evasive, she loves vegetable gardening, playing piano, being outside and reading to her children.
