Dr. Doolittle has been a part of the dental field for 12 years and counting so far. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, working as a dental hygienist in Minnesota and Wisconsin before deciding to pursue her Doctorate at the very same school. She has also pursued additional training in several important areas of dentistry, including Six Month Smiles, clear aligners, sleep dentistry, and conscious sedation. Plus, having grown up in the Marine Corps, she chose to serve in the Army National Guard since beginning dental school. After graduating, she practiced in the frigid North for a year before deciding to flee the cold with her family and loves living here in Weatherford!
Dr. Doolittle is currently a member of the American Dental Association and Fort Worth District Dental Society. Her favorite part of her job is spending time with both the people she works with and the people she serves. She’s also a big fan of learning and incorporating new aspects of dentistry into her work whenever possible.
Today, Dr. Doolittle and her husband Jason have two energetic boys. Her hobbies outside of the office include gardening, hiking, reading, exercising, going on adventures with her family, and traveling. Despite her name, she doesn’t talk to any animals – they’re way too sassy.
